A peaceful one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a neoclassical house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, with a front garden that will make your stay a relaxing experience.
It is located in a residential neighbourhood 1,3 km away from the city centre, opposite an elementary school full of trees. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, pharmacies, butchers, dry cleaning, grocery shops, parks, and a stadium within walking distance.
The apartment features a hallway, a separate bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The accommodation offers a fridge, an electric stove with oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, an A/C, a TV, free wi-fi, cooking utensils and cutlery, bed linen, blankets, a duvet, pillows, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron & iron board, books, and board games.
The central heating will keep you warm during winter, and your private air conditioning can adjust to the summer heat.
A common area used by the guests of the other 2 apartments and our family members includes a dining table with 4 chairs in the front garden of the property.
You will also find an electric massage chair in the living room area, where you can unwind and relax before comforting yourselves into the high-quality mattress of the bed in the private bedroom.
◉ Smoking is Not Allowed inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed.
◉ No drying washed clothes inside the apartment. There are drying racks in the garden.
◉ Always keep the bathroom window open so that the bath steam can be released.
◉ No pets are allowed at the property.
◉ Names and Id, Passport or Vat numbers are required for every guest who will be accommodated at the apartment.
◉ The property owners use the first floor of the house. Guests have their private apartments, which they access through the shared front garden entrance.
◉ Your check-in time should be scheduled in advance, so a family member will be there to give you the keys and assist you with anything you might need.
◉ Check-out is at 12:00 noon, but depending on availability from other bookings, you can schedule a late check-out (no extra charge) until 15:00.
◉ You can store your luggage at our property after your check-out, but only until 8 p.m. on the check-out date.
◉ We expect guests to respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00 in the morning and
from 15:00 to 17:00 afternoon.
◉ No extra guests or visitors are allowed at any part of the property apart from the guests who have made the reservation online. In case we find any other person apart from the registered guests, on the property, we will file a compensation complaint to the booking company.
◉ Guests are allowed to organise their event or small gathering (max. 10 people) in the common garden, but they will have to discuss it with us in advance, at the time of the booking or at least 3 days before the event date.
◉ We could provide a breakfast option covering any dietary needs of the guests but we need to be informed at the time of the reservation or at least 2 days in advance before their check-in.
◉ We expect our guests to keep the place in good condition, clean and tidy and immediately inform us if any damage occurs so they are not overcharged on the Booking platform after we discover it for ourselves.
◉ You can use all the things you will find on the property but do it wisely and always make sure that you leave enough cleaning and washing products for the next guests.
◉ When you use the dishwasher, it is Necessary to put the drain hose behind it into the kitchen sink to avoid flooding.
