DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage to the room or apartment.
OTHER DETAILS:
To book the apartment, you'll need to provide your passport number or AFM. The air conditioning in the apartment serves both cooling and heating purposes. We kindly ask that tenants adhere to the house rules, which will be provided before making a reservation.
