The villa was build in 2018 and located at a small hill (amazing view) just outside the historic village of Galatas (7.5km away from city centre).You can find pharmacy,mini markets,coffee take away,butchery,local restaurants and old time cafes with in 1km.The house provides 2 full kitchens,3 bathrooms,5 bedrooms that are able to accommodate up to 9 persons(3 doubles and 3 single beds).
NOTE:
If guests are 5 or fewer,they will have access only in the main villa(its the upper part of the house with 2 double beds and 1 single bed) and if there are up to 9 guests, the 4 more guests can stay in the newly build apartment which is fully furnished (2 rooms with 2 single beds + 1 double bed,smart Tv, bathroom,free internet access,A/C and view) and located at the ground floor.(Important note:the small room in the lower part of the villa with the 2 single beds which is for the 8th or/and 9th guest its without window).
The 2 spaces (main villa and new apartment) communicate with an indoor staircase.
