Villa Captain Alex Ena is a superb holiday home, part of the Captain Alex Villa complex, fully air-conditioned, located in a quiet area of the popular resort of Dasia, and just a few steps away from the surrounding beaches and local amenities. The villa enjoys an extensive private landscape, with a lovely pool (10 X 5 m), gym, sauna, and modern furnishings.
Captain Alex Ena extends on the ground level of the complex and it is really spacious for a family or party of 8 persons, although an extra person can be accommodated on request.
Layout
The main entrance, at the back of the house, opens onto a lovely space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and a lounge area with an adjacent family shower room.
On the left of this space is located a huge bedroom with one double bed, one single, one wooden cot, and a charming sitting area equipped with a massage armchair.
A separate interior entrance leads to a gym corridor, with facilities for anyone seeking to keep himself fit whilst on holiday, an adjacent shower-sauna room, and next one single and one double bedroom.
Slightly to the side of this space is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite shower/wc.
The Pool
The house enjoys a huge green garden at the edge of which is placed an excellent, sunny swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the tenants of the house. Further facilities are installed around it for perfect sunbathing, rest, or enjoying the side Jacuzzi.
In a corner of the green olive tree-planted garden has been built a handy BBQ for anyone who would wish to try his cooking skills whilst away from home and then dine al-fresco.
The most magnificent part of this superb property is its landscape with the olive trees, the beautiful flowers, and the stone-paved pool terraces, which remain sunny for most of the day.
