This 100 sqm apartment is on the 1th floor of a block of flats ,with breathtaking views of the picturesque old town and its great Venetian castle. The apparment is located 40 meters above the sea level,150m direct distance from the coast, 350 m or (100 steps plus 100m) walking distance from the beach, just in front of the apartment. It can comfortably accomodate up to 7 guests.
Its interior design is classic with ethnic touches which make it easy and warm to live in.
There is a modern elevator to get to the 1th floor.
It is mostly inhabited by families and few university students.
T h e terrace. The 25sqm private terrace, with 180o views of the Cretan Sea and the Venetian Castle, is decorated with plants .Wooden armchairs and a table make it such a lovely place, you will be slow to leave every day and night. Sit back,relax and enjoy some local raki at your private terrace,relax and feel the summer breeze. The terrace is north facing so although you can enjoy the sun at the front part it doesn't prevent you of enjoying fresh air, at the shady part ,any time of the day. Early risers can enjoy the magnificent colours of the sunrise while drinking their coffee.
The livingroom. The living room facing the terrace has direct access to it .There are two large, comfortable sofas, a coffee table , chairs, a large dining table ,very nice and comfortable to enjoy your family meals . There is also a 40 inches Sony TV with access to Greek channels. Furthermore there is an air-condition .The soft lighting of the living room and the terrace give a warm, romantic atmosphere to the place.
T h e bedrooms. The apartment has got three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (1.70m wide) , and access to the balcony also has an air-condition.
The other big bedroom has one bunk beds and one more single bed which is stored under it that can be pooled out for one more guest to sleep.There is also a big wardrobe.
The small bedroom has one double bed. There is also a wardrobe and a bookcase. T he kitchen.
The kitchen is well organised,fully equipped with an electric oven, four ceramic hot plates,an extractor,a drying rack,a dishwasher,a toaster,coffee machines(for French,filter coffee,espresso,cappuccino),a juice squeezer, a kettle.
The bathrooms
The apartment has got two bathrooms. A big one with a large bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
The small bathroom has got a shower 1m x 1m with beautiful ,a washbasin αnd a toilet also it has a washing machine.

The water is heated by sun apart from few days that electricity can be used.
All the windows and balcony doors are double glazed and its outer walls are insulated against external temperatures
