Positive: The house was stylishly furnished and decorated. It was comfortable and close to the beach. The sea was perfect, clear and crystal water all day, even in the afternoon. The beach has stones and pebbles, so it's best to wear appropriate shoes.

Negative: The kitchen is in a depressing condition. There was a broken window in the cupboard, the dishwasher was probably older than me, and stopped working (the letters with programs were completely faded, the lower rack didn't have wheels, so it kept falling...), the dish drying rack had rust on it, some cupboards were misaligned and the wood shelves inside started rotting... The toaster was also old and dirty. Some of the furniture/textiles had stains on them, or were clearly dirty (living room and terrace). Some of the furniture, especially outside was rusty. The closet in my room had a really dirty wall and the wood was rotten. When we arrived, the coffee machine had a stuck capsule inside of it from the previous guests. The fridge wasn't cleaned properly... They could also leave garbage bags for replacement, so we could change them, instead specifically bying a bunch of them for a couple of uses. The broom that they left was so old and split in the middle. The internet was average (2/2mbps). I wrote the landlord on the Booking messaging chat to report that the washing machine stopped working, and he didn't write back at all, even though we communicated previously. It's a really nice house, but the experience is ruined by these details. I give it a 7 because of the beach. And I think they can do a better job cleaning the house.
