A spacious open-plan area with a comfortable living room, traditional open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances and a sitting area. There is also a handy cloakroom (w/c) on this level. Double doors from the living room open to the large veranda and elegant dining area, enjoying views of the Cretan sea. Stairs from the veranda lead to the pool terrace while stairs from the kitchen offer easy access to the barbecue area. The master double bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom as well as access to a balcony with patio furniture and views of the surrounding area.
