Our EP16 house is a beautiful, Bauhaus building, with access to a roof garden that offers a view of the Parthenon.
All apartments have spacious living rooms, fully equipped marble kitchens and marble bathrooms.
Apartments 1, 2, 3 and 4 accommodate up to 4 guests while apartment 5 accommodates up to 3 guests.
Bedding is as follows:
10 people in beds in bedrooms (king size beds that can be set up as singles)
4 people in double sofa beds in living rooms
1 person in single bed in living room
3 people in sofas in living rooms

Apartments EP12 are located on the first floor and they have an interlocking door which when opened a big apartment is created. Apartments EP34 are located on the second floor and they have an interlocking door which when opened a big apartment is created. Access to apts 1, 2, 3 and 4 is made by a beautiful marble staircase. Apartment EP5 is located on the elevated ground floor. The roof top terrace is accessed via an external, metal staircase.

This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.
