Bay View is managed by Villy, a long-time Paxos resident with a deep love for her island and a wealth of local knowledge she’s eager to share. Embrace the island's relaxed rhythm: linger over breakfast on the beautiful dining terrace, laze by the new pool, or explore Paxos’ tiny hidden coves and perfect picnic spots with a small, hired motorboat. As the sun sets, a short five-minute walk takes you into Gaios for drinks and dinner. Slow and tranquil in May and October, Gaios welcomes a lively yachting crowd in the summer months. For a more intimate evening, simply pour yourself a drink and retreat to your terrace, savouring the herby fragrance of a Mediterranean night beneath a canopy of southern stars.
