Summary: This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.
