It is located on upper ground floor on a forested hill of Panorama, between Psychiko and Galatsi, only 5km from downtown Athens (Syntagma Square). It offers quick access to/from National Motorways (E75 & E94). Walking distance or 5min drive to most Embassies of Psychiko area. It was built in 2007, renovated in 2023, with open plan arrangement. Apartment has open forest views to "Attikon Alsos" (through extended patio doors), and access to public parks, green hills paved paths. Close to local shops, public services, supermarkets, caffés and restaurants; also close to public transport and Athens metro (Panormou). The street in front is a dead end and thus very quite with limited traffic and free parking spaces.
All running expenses (local and government taxes, bills, unlimited internet usage, communal building expenses, etc.) are included in price. Optional cleaning available every fortnight, at 40€. Final cleaning 40€ at move out (also optional).
