Positive: We had 2 cancellations in the same day (one overbooking at Tersanas Lodges, booked 3 months before and one from the suggested alternative accomodation suggested by Booking.com. By then it was 6.30 pm, we had been trying to find something to accomodate our group for the last 3½ hours. We found Ellie Villa. Firstly they called us back to say the house was not ready as it was such a last minute but talking to Maria on the phone, I begged her and she understood how desesperate we were by then. She kindly accepted to do the impossible and get the villa ready in 2½ hours while we were having dinner locally. We turned up at 8.30pm with 5 people having worked so hard and went over and above to ensure we could stay there. Such adorable people for such a special and wonderful property. Highly recommended!!!
