Positive: Our stay at Equipoise Resort was truly unforgettable and one of the most idyllic places my boyfriend and I have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special, a relaxing foot bath at check-in followed by a complimentary 20-minute massage set the tone perfectly. Our private villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a private pool overlooking the rice fields. Waking up to that view each morning was simply magical. Dinner at their Mediterranean restaurant was exceptional, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the breakfast was honestly the best selection we’ve ever had. The variety and quality were outstanding. They also offer plenty of in-house activities like batik workshops, make-your-own ring classes, and ceramics, which is such a lovely touch (even though we didn’t manage to try them!). Plus, it’s only a short 15–20 minute ride into Ubud centre, so you get total tranquility without being far from everything. Even better, there are two beautiful waterfalls just a 20-minute stroll from the resort, which makes the setting feel even more special and connected to nature. If you’re looking for somewhere special in Ubud, look no further. This is where you want to stay. Romantic, peaceful, and beautifully curated, it’s more than just a stay, it’s an experience. We left feeling completely relaxed and already planning our return.
