Positive: Hotel Esperia was a wonderful hotel. Even though we experienced a personal issue that was entirely on our side, they were extremely helpful and solution-oriented both during the reservation process and afterward. The staff were very friendly, and during the Christmas season the hotel had a beautiful concept that truly reflected the festive atmosphere. The breakfast and the overall ambiance were absolutely lovely, and even spending a large part of our time simply relaxing there felt priceless. Its proximity to the Christmas market and the excellent dinner restaurant they recommended to us were also amazing 🙏🏻

Summary: Noel tree and breakfast were amaizing to rest.
