The apartment is fully renovated and everything inside is new and modern. The place is very comfortable because there are two separate spacey bedrooms, where 5 persons can be easily accommodate. The heating is central but the apartment is also fully air conditioned. There are balconies from where you can relax and enjoy the sea view. Additional there is a boiler which will provide you with hot water for 24 hours.

Only 50 m away from the apartment there is a super market and in less than 200 m away you can find traditional taverns, a bakery, restaurants and cafeterias. Finally there is a car parking close to the building at a small extra cost.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Peiraiki beach which is an ideal place for romantic walks, is located only 1500 m from the apartment.

150 m away from the apartment there are bus stations from where the buses are leading to the most areas of Attica. The line 843 leads in less than 10 minutes to the boats for most islands, to metro (line1 Piraeus station) and to suburban railway (Piraeus station). The same line 843, meets in 3-5 minutes in the port of Piraeus the bus line X96 which leads to the international airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. The line 040 leads in about thirty minutes to the Acropolis museum and to the Syntagma Square in the centre of Athens. The line 049 in 25-35 minutes is leading to Omonoia Square in the centre of Athens as well. Finally the line A1 is leading in less than 40 minutes to the most beaches of the south suburbs of Athens.
