The Suzanna villa facing the golf Laconia welcome you to the heart of a typical vegetation of Greece. Pines, olive trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, oleander and red wear his garden over 5,000 m². From the large terrace with a glass of Ouzo, Rezina or Nemea red hand, fragrances, light and colors of the Greek natural delight you. In the morning a gentle heat will accompany your breakfast in the humble pergola covered with vines. You will delight delicious thyme honey (mish timarisio) from the Taygetos tender pastélis (honey cakes and sesame) of patissier Manolakoses or simply those pretty purple figs randomly picked one of your walks.
The house built by my family in 1978 was renovated in 2014.
The white marble floors in all rooms will bring a little freshness in summer.
At home you will find neither air conditioning nor television! On the other hand your mobile phones will work perfectly in the house and everywhere in the garden.
Our house has a bedroom with a double bed 160 cm and a large wardrobe.
A large bright room includes kitchen dining area and living room. This last part is equipped with a sofa three places transforming into bed for two people.
At your disposal also, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You will find an outdoor shower built in nature and very convenient when you come back from the beach.
For the mid-season, the house is equipped with two electric heaters in the main room a towel radiator in the bathroom.
All bay windows are equipped with removable mosquito nets to enjoy the cool night at the shelter of mosquitoes.

Located below, Mavrovouni beach is known for its caretta-caretta turtles that come to lay each year in July.
To get to this beautiful beach (blue flag) you will only need 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot!
You will find restaurants and small shops 5 minutes walk in the village of Mavrovouni, a wider choice is offered in the port of Gythio (5 minutes by car).
At the port of Gythion you can take the boat to visit nearby Kythera.
