The house is in a 4000sqm field with olive and fruit trees. It is interconnected to other two houses, each one with its individual entrance and balcony. It is my second house, so it is fully equipped. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, sleep 4 people. If there is a need, two more people can sleep on the sofa at the living room. The living room + kitchen and the balcony face to the sea. In front of the house there is a gazebo equipped with garden furniture.
It offers privacy and relaxation.
Develiki is located between the second and third peninsula of Chalkidiki privileged with an unspoiled environment. It is a small place, away the tourists’ crowds, with the brightest and most clear sea. There are two taverns in the area, open all day round, serving local cuisine and fresh fish. In a small distance there are 2 villages, Gomati and Ierissos, 6 and 15 km away respectively, where there are supermarkets, banks, ATM, taxis, doctors and pharmacies, cafes, bars and whatever you need. 25 km away is Ouranoupolis, a very touristic place, next to Mount Athos monasteries.
It offers many choices.
Stay just there and relax. During the warm afternoon hours sit on the balcony reading your book or sipping your coffee enjoying the sea breeze and the breathtaking sea view.
Drive the way to Ouranoupolis, 25 km away. From Ouranoupolis organize a trip to the small islands or a cruise to Mount Athos monasteries.
Follow a different itinerary to the mountainous central Chalkidiki. Visit the traditional village Arnea, enjoy a walk to Holomontas mountain.
Visit sites with archaeological interest, such as Stagira, Aristotle's birth place, and the ancient city of Olynthos.
Since it is a small place, there is no public transportation, so it is strongly recommended to rent a car. In case you don't want to rent a car and stay only in Develiki, please contact me for details.
