Positive: Nice spacious room, kitchennete, table with electrical sockets next to it. Also sockets next to a bed - very convenient. Large balcony, good for supper. Nice bathroom. Everything is clean and in order. Location is central in Nikiti. 700m to the beach and 300 m to the closest supermarket AB, there is also Galaxias (650m), Masoutis (850m) and Lidl (1.3km).

Negative: It's a bit hard to find Kallipso Studios because there is only a small signboard on the street and you can easily overlook it. So it is better to target the search for Apovrado taverna, and Kallipso Studios is the building on the left to it. The entrance is from the yard. Apovrado taverna is a bit noisy until it closes at midnight, so if you go to sleep early, this might be a problem for you.
