Kefi Spitia is a newly built guest house, opening in April 2020, 700 meters away from Lourdas beach, in the south west of Kefalonia, Ionian Island, Greece.
Situated on a hill just above Lourdas Bay, the house has fantastic views on the bay, Zakynthos Island and Mount Ainos. Although everything is within a short distance, you feel close to the nature in a completely private environment. Hundreds of Olive trees surround the property.
Margaux and Emmanuel designed and decorated the house, mixing contemporary, cycladic and kefalonian styles. The smallest details have been carefully considered and only high-quality materials have been chosen in order to help make your stay as comfortable and cozy as possible. The property is divided in 3 houses in order to enjoy the views but also have a real privacy.
