This ancient, traditionally decorated house is one minute walk from pristine beaches in the tiny quaint fishing village of Kitries. Kitries is famous in the region for deep sea diving, its two fresh fish tavernas and generations of family-owned olives and oil.
This is the ideal place for a quality family holiday, a serene writers retreat or for the more adventurous there are plenty of water sport, nature walks and night life options nearby.
The house has two bedrooms, one with own veranda. There is a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and a seperate WC. The large living room with fully equiped kitchen and fireplace can host 2 extra guests on sofa beds.
The large stone house in antique style is traditionally decorated with antique furniture, tools, trinkets, and pictures that span several generations of the family.
The rental house has three private shady, balconies with seaview, perfect for meals and sunsets. A large green garden with vegetable patches surround the whole house and a bbq is provided.

The historical town of Κalamata town with ancient castle and cosy squares as well as upscale shopping streets and large supermarkets is at 16kms from Kitries.
For the sporty, you can take lovely sunset walks through olive groves starting from Kitries church or do canooing, and wind or kite -surfing at beautiful Sandova beach just 4kms from Kitries
