Summary: We spent a wonderful week at George’s fantastic house in June 2019. My wife and I and our 9 month old daughter stayed. The house is brand new and really is fantastic, it is built into the side of the cliff where the sea used to be. There is a really nice modern bathroom with a huge shower, a great lounge, kitchen and dining area with a huge sofa (can be a bed). The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including lots of crockery and cooking utensils plus a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a dishwasher and a huge fridge/ freezer. Also a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedroom was great for the 3 of us and George provided a beautiful cot for our baby. We asked about a high chair a few days before we arrived and George said he didn’t have one but would buy one. The day before we arrived he bought a brand new high chair which was excellent. We were very grateful. The WiFi and aircon is good and there is cable TV although we didn’t try this. The terrace is beautiful with a great swinging chair and table and chairs, we spent our evenings out here watching the sun set and listening to the sounds of the sea and crickets. George’s restaurant, Vassilis, is at the top of the drive and we ate here every night as we loved being able to just walk home with our baby, plus the food is excellent. We really can’t speak highly enough of Koukis House, it is spotlessly clean, has everything you need but most of all the hospitality from George is fantastic.
