Summary: A great little hotel right on the Malia strip, about half way between the main street and the beach- it was lovely and quiet in early April but probably a bit different through summer.
The owner/ manager who was on reception was extremely welcoming and very friendly, she added a real personal touch.
My room was clean and well decorated with a comfortable bed and beautiful terrace (shame it didnt stop raining long enough to use it!). Decent WiFi provided, aircon available but at extra cost- not sure how much as i didnt need it.
The only downside was the ensuite which was very cramped and using the shower flooded it. Also, no toiletries other than hand soap, and theyre a bit skimpy on the towel front.
That said, overall Le Palme is an excellent, good value place to stay in Malia.
