Villa Remvi is in a wonderfully peaceful, elevated setting on the outskirts of a small traditional Greek village. Relax by the private infinity pool and soak in those magnificent views, cook on the stone built barbecue or dine in one of the 2 village tavernas, a short walk away.
Set around the pool is a large area with loungers, soft seating and dining table, all with spectacular views to the Ionian Sea, islands and mainland Greek mountains. There are sun traps as well as shaded areas and even an outdoor shower. The property is set in a gated plot with parking for 3 cars.
This single story villa features a large open plan living space with high wooden ceilings. The seating area has a smart TV/apps with fast broadband and VPN, a Bose sound system, games and books. All of which can be enjoyed on the comfortable seating in front of a traditional stone fireplace. There is a dining area for 6 and a slightly separate kitchen which has all the equipment you'd expect of a modern villa. We can also provide a high chair and travel cot for little ones. A washing machine is located outside the kitchen. The villa has air conditioning and free standing fans in all rooms, and mosquito nets on all windows.
The master bedroom has a gorgeous black iron framed queen size bed, a built-in wardrobe with full length mirror and glass doors out to the terrace/pool area - you can even lie in bed and see the stunning views of the sea and islands in the distance. The ensuite bathroom has a walk inshower.
Bed 2 has two single beds that can be set up with a side table between or pushed together. There is a large built in wardrobe with full length mirror, armchair and double doors to the exterior with an adjacent shower room/guest toilet.
The third bedroom is in a self-contained studio located just a few steps away from the back door of the villa. It has two single beds which can be put together or apart, a large wardrobe, full length mirror, an en-suite shower room and glass doors to an outside seating area with magnificent views. Ideal for teenagers, grandparents or couples seeking privacy from the main house.
