Summary: Very disappointed with the supposed 5 star hotel. The bed linen was dirty and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom when we arrived. You didn't want to sleep with the duvet because it wasn't clean. The toilet is really old and some of the toilet bowls are already broken. The food is not good at all. Sometimes they gave you frozen baguettes to serve. The food was old and often ice cold. Drinks come in plastic cups which are just rinsed out and not cleaned properly.
