All brand new semi detached house located in Agios Ilias beach in Katakolo area, Western Greece.
Directly by the sea, with direct access to the beach, Maritinas House can accommodate up to 8 persons.
The perfect holiday for a group of friends or families, the beach is perfect for children, with sand and shallow water for many metres where children can play safely. From the house you can see the beautiful sunset with the islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia in the background.
The house has two entrances one from the street side and the other from the beach.
The House is divided into two floors.
In the ground floor there is a carefully designed living room with a large window with sea view offers, a double sofa bed, a fireplace, smart tv and air condiotion. In the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, open plan, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a single bed.
The veranda on the beach with access from the lounge offers a breathtaking view of the sea, BBQ and dining area perfect for al fresco dining with the sound of the waves.
On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite WC and a large balcony with an amazing sea view, as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single.
The house provides also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a shared garden.
The whole house is equipped with WIFI and air conditioning (extra charge of 10 Euro per day).
The beach offers to the guests the possibility of outdoor activities with sup boarding.
Sunbeds are available for guests. Very close to the property there is also a beach bar with sunbeds and ombrellas as well as a water sports centre.
This property is cleaned by disinfecting according to the hygiene rules for covid19.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Parking is not private but available exactly outside of the property.
