Villa Atlantis is plenty of enjoyable spaces outside (largely shaded by pergolas), where you can sit and relax at any time of the day, for example the wide pool area where is the large and beautiful free shaped infinity swimming pool, provided with very comfortable sun loungers; or you can have “al fresco” dinners under an elegant pergola.
The interior of the villa is characterized by a minimal modern style, with a prevalence of white color and carefully selected furnishings and art objects that integrate well with the Cycladic structure.
On the entrance level, from where you can reach directly the terrace and the barbecue area outside, there are a large, cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen provided with all modern tools.
The 5 bedrooms develop on 3 levels and they all have en-suite bathrooms and sea-view.
In detail, on the upper floor there is a master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom (with shower), A/C and access to a private balcony with sea view. On the lower floor, there are two guest bedrooms (with twin beds that can be joined), both with en-suite bathrooms (with shower), A/C and a shared terrace with sea view. Finally on the ground floor there are other 2 bedrooms (with twin beds that can be joined), both with en-suite bathrooms (with shower), A/C and independent entrances.

Rental rules
The minimum stay required is of 5 days and the arrival/departure dates are flexible except during the months of June-July-August when the minimum stay is of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday).
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
