Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The appartement is in excellent location, walking distance from center and port, yet in a calm street. The 2 bedrooms and living room were spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. It was generally ok for a budget rental, as long as you know what you're getting and not expecting much comfort. We managed to find street parking (it was holiday weekend).
Negative: - they forgot the baby bed. Then gave us a broken baby bed. Then fixed it temporarily with a wooden stick. And the baby mattress was old and uncomfortable. They should really just invest in an inexpensive foldable babybed for families, or say they can't provide one. - apartment is quite old, especially equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Everything was kind of working but nothing works perfectly. Definitely feels like a low-budget place that could use extra investment. - cleaningness was so-so: it was cleaned some time before but since then lots of dust gathered (we came in April). - beds are not terrible but not great.
Summary: Excellent location, but place is a bit old and neglected. Ok for short budget stay.
