Are you looking for peace and are you a nature lover; do you want to meditate under a tree or near a splashing waterfall; do you like walking: the house is located at a crossroads of the old donkey paths which were once the only roads of Ikaria and on which you can take long or short walks, eg: you walk within 15 minutes on a shady path to the village of Raches where there are post office, shops, restaurants and cafes. The sea is visible but the house is not by the sea. It is a ten minute drive to the beach by car or moped.
