The ancient Epidaurus is a small authentic fishing village and an archaeological site with a small theater and ruins visible under water. The house is less than 10 minutes walk from a small beach in the care of a small Byzantine chapel. It is 12kms from the magnificent Grand Theater of Epidaurus where a famous festival is held in summer. The place is perfect for exploring the nearby sites like Mycenae, the Argos Fortress, the pretty town of Nafplion and less than 50 km, the white villages of Poros and Ermioni. The islands of Hydra and Spetses are also very close. Athens is 1 hour 30 minutes by motorway, by ferryboat from Poros or Corinthian train.
The very modern villa is air conditioned, has 4 bedrooms with terrace and 3 bathrooms. The 5m x 10m pool is private and surrounded by small green areas. On the kitchen side, an outdoor terrace with large table and barbecue has an extraordinary view of the olive trees of the house falling on the sea. From the living room or its large terrace, the view of the sea and the islands is breathtaking
