Positive: The house itself is very nice, perfect for 4 people (family or friends), clean, charming, and full of space. But...(see next)

Negative: ...it lies literally right on the street, facing a parking lot on a small fishing port. Given the smallest size of Ormos Korthiou, when we rented we expected street and parking lot to be almost deserted by night (as I found many times in similar set-up in Greek islands). Here, instead, a disco-bar was opened right next door, playing loud music from midnite 'till 5AM. All associated noises (music+people+cars+mopeds) were in fact not a big deal, we shut windows and used A/C in the bedrooms. However it's a pity, the cool gentle night breeze (more a vigorous meltemi, to be honest) would have been just a perfect, natural coolant.

Summary: Very good with some flaws.
