Positive: The property is located in the southernmost part of the island, within a 10-15 minute drive from all of the medieval villages. We really appreciated the hotel's location for its tranquility and the fact that it was frequented only by locals. We were very fond of the hotel owner, who was always helpful, courteous, and accommodating. He truly made us feel at home. When our car tire blew out late at night, we called him, and the next morning he took our tire to Chios town to get it repaired. We managed to resolve the most unusual situation that could have happened on the first day of our vacation with his assistance. Additionally, when you wake up in the morning, you find yourself just 20 steps from the sea, and there is almost no one else around. Only 3-4 local people (Ms. Maria ve her friends) who live on the beach come by. In the afternoon, when the wind picked up, we naturally turned to other alternatives. It is a place I would choose again if I return to the island.

Summary: I felt as comfortable as if I were at home, and the hotel owner was very kind and helpful.
