Positive: The house is located in one villas complex, near Afitos village, wich was 600 meters from us. We went every day to the beach and to the restaurants in Afitos, by foot, because was very close to us. The villa is very nice decorated, with modern furniture. Kitchen area is very big and equiped with everything you need, including a dish wash machine. We enjoyed the table with chairs in the front of house, with nice view over the lush garden of complex. Very relaxing overall and the pool area is a plus.

Negative: We didn't find any mirror in the whole house, except in the bathrooms. That was a very big problem for us, especially womans :). I did my hair and my make-up in the window of the balcony door. Also the house need more hangers or standers for clothes. The bathroom on the first floor has problems with drainage in the shower because all water falls on the side of the shower - this needs improvements. We buyed a water pushing tool, because the bathroom floods after every shower. The room at the ground floor has mold on the wall, because of the water pipe wich pass through this wall. This problem is old, because is specificated in other comments, from last year. And not least, the childs of the neighbours on the right side villa, wich was also the owners of that, screamed and fighted over 3-4 nigts (that's how long they stayed), at 1-2 AM, and their parents seemed to have no problem with that. One night I told them to stopped, because our room was next to their house, and we wake up by their screams.
