Exclusive to and managed by Prestige Villas of Corfu, Barbati Point House commands an enviable position on a headland with stunning views overlooking the white beach and turquoise waters of Barbati. There is a short footpath through its garden which winds itself through the olive trees down to the private jetty where there is a gate with private beach access.
The house is British owned which is clear from the decor, soft furnishings and the art work which adorns the walls of the large sitting room.
The house with its five bedrooms all enjoying views over the pool and sea beyond will satisfy any large family or group of friends looking for a comfortable house with a very homely atmosphere.
The large infinity pool with separate children's pool which can be heated early or late season (€50.00 per day supplement) is surrounded by lots of patio areas to sit and enjoy the views, there is a delightful outside lounge and undercover dining area from where you can enjoy the many delicious meals prepared by the chef (on request at additional charge). The villa also enjoys the services of a daily housekeeper from 9am until 2pm six days a week and each evening for a turn down service.
The house is within an easy walk of Barbati Village where there are numerous good taverna's and beachwear boutiques. Just a short stroll along the beach you will find some of our favourite beach side chill-out bars and restaurants.
