Super Luxury 5 Bedroomed Country House including a Detached Guest Cottage by the pool. The 'Old Bakery' was as the name implies the bakery which served the pretty hamlet of Katavolos for many years. Set in the Olive Groves overlooking Nissaki it has been restored and converted into a stunning home for it's British owner. The house is a combination of old and new, from it's flagged floors, 1m thick walls & low ceilings to the bright & airy additional section of the house constructed some years later. The flagged floors give a cool feel to the house and the views from the pretty windows look like a painting and are simply stunning. During the hotter months, afternoons can be spent in the shade of the covered veranda which spans the rear of the house. From here you can also spend your evenings eating from the huge heavy wooden table or sit relaxing on the wicker sofa's. If sun and swimming is your forte, you will be blown away by the sheer beauty of the pool area below the house. The large 10m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by flagged patios and an abundance of tropical foliage. The whole area is completely private and enjoys spectacular views down the valley to the azure sea below. There are quality wicker Sun loungers under the covered pergola providing welcome shade from the heat of the afternoon. By the pool is the Guest Cottage with double bed and en-suite shower room.
