The house is on the second floor of a building with great history in the picturesque village of Komi only 4 minutes to Kolibithra Bay with its choise of swimming beaches! a paradise for nature lovers!
The house (88sqm) is on the second floor of a building with great history in the picturesque village of Komi. It has two bedrooms , with double beds, large living room, bathroom and a large fully equipped kitchen , a dinning area and a veranda with a view of the village, Exombourgo mountain and the farming fields of Komi, equipped with recliners for those long relaxing summer afternoons!. We can also provide with a baby bed, and an extra folding single bed.!
Very easily accesible on the main road of Komi Village with plenty of parking space right outside the building. Please note it is on the second floor.
Beautiful traditional village with a couple of usefull little shops like a bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and tiny mini market! There are also , a lovely traditional greek tavern in the main village square in front of a catholic church and a restaurant on the other end of the village amongst the reeds for pizza, crepes, ice creams and drinks.
There are a few bus lines on the island , but know in advance that their timetable is very restricting! A car is almost nessecary when visiting Tinos because there are just so many things to see all around the island and the distances between the places when driving are very small.
