The villa interior is furnished with contemporary, comfy pieces that create a homely pampering feeling,
while the spacious rooms are filled with natural light and enjoy the stunning vistas. The villa spreads in 3
levels and can comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests in its 4 en-suite bedrooms.

The residence is gated, and has private parking, manicured gardens, Bbq, outdoor pool equipped with

Layout
Ground Floor
Entering the Villa from the main entrance, your sight goes all the way through the door, the living room
and reaches the pool terrace and eventually the sea and sky, giving you the perfect welcome on this
holiday oasis. The open plan area on the ground floor is consisted of the living room, a WC and the
kitchen. The seating area includes cozy sofas, a 55’’ smart TV, a fireplace and an indoor dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday, all built-in and of
high quality, as well as a breakfast counter. The first bedroom is also located on this level.
The bedroom features two 0.90cm x 2.00m bed, a large desk that can be used for your working corner.
An extra bed (single) can also be placed here.
By the bedroom entrance, there is an attached bathroom with shower cabin.
First Floor
The first floor is home to the remaining 3 bedrooms with private balconies offering unobstructed views
of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, the White Mountains, the sky and the horizon, as well as the
surrounding area.

both the bathroom and the pool, bathrobes and slippers are also provided to all guests.
Lower Floor

the fully equipped laundry room.
To access to the top, main and lower floor, guests can use either the staircase or the elevator.
