Newly built, immensely luxurious and located in a tourist resort on the beautiful island of Zakynthos – there aren’t many that can compete with this package, and Rua Mat Villas offers it to you in the best possible way!
Rua Mat Villas consists of two buildings, Villa Rua and Villa Mat. Each villa measures 150 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons – a fact that makes the villas ideal for large groups of friends! Entering a villa through its main entrance, we find the living room (which features a double sofa-bed and has a view of the swimming pool), the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Each villa has three bedrooms; two are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower and can comfortably sleep 3-4 persons each. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the swimming pool, and all three have access to the balcony.
The Villas’ outdoor areas are the definition of luxurious perfection; each villa has a private swimming pool, the water of which comes from a waterfall on the wall. There are also sunbeds, parasols, built BBQ and an outdoor dining area.
Finally, there is also a reception, to help you with anything you may require!
