On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large terrace with an outdoor lounge and fantastic views. It can accomodate 5 people + 1 or 2 extra (an 1 - 2 extra single reclining beds can be placed upon request in a living room, total up to 7 people). It also has autonomous heating, solar water heater, air conditioner in each room and it is fully furnished, with all electrical appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine), satellite TV and WIFI. The outdoor area is beautifuly landscaped with flowers, trees, stone decorations, barbeque, swimming pool with sun loungers and parking. The property is on 1,300 sq.m. plot with stone fencing and gate. Available for short term rentals all year round and for long time rental from October till end of April.
