The building is based on wood, roof-tiles and stone, combining traditional architecture with modern elements. This villa is ideal for couples or families for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

The property is spacious at 130 m² and can accommodate up to 7 people. The main entrance leads to the dining area and continues to the open plan kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) which is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace, SAT/TV, DVD and stereo with CD player. Above the living room is a spare room in a gallery style, which can be reached by an open wooden staircase from the kitchen. At this room, there are an office, library and one single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the suitable household appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer and kitchenware. There are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, the second also has a double bed and the third smaller bedroom is ideal for children with either one single bed or with two small beds for babies, depending on the client's requirements. There is one bathroom with bathtub/shower over, w/c and a smaller bathroom with a w/c and shower plus a room for luggage and laundry. Baby cot and high chair and are provided to you free of charge. Furthermore, the central heating makes the house suitable for winter use.
The exterior part of villa includes one bicycle, a wooden dining table, barbecue and a garden which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the weather in Crete all year round. There is parking for 2 cars and daily pool and garden maintenance is provided. The private pool is up to 44 m² (depth 1,45 m) with a separate shallow section dedicated for children (depth 0,45 m) and the sundeck is very big and has comfortable chairs. A gazebo with seating is next to the pool with breathtaking views from where you can admire the sunrise, sunset and the unique views of the moon behind the mountains in the fresh Cretan sky.
