The house is located 6 km directly opposite of the city of Nafplio, just 1.5 km from the beautiful fishing village of Kios, in Temenio, next to a protected Wetland of the Erasinos river.
On the raised ground floor there is a kitchen living room combo with a comfortable sofa and a large dining room with 8 chairs and a large functional fireplace.
The kitchen, in addition to the electric cooker, the extractor and the large refrigerator, is fully equipped with everything the visitor needs, such as glasses, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, but also all the necessary household electrical appliances (kettle, multi, toaster, filter coffee maker, lemon juicer, etc).
On this level there is also a large functional bathroom with a washing machine.
The large terrace on the first level has an amazing view of the Gulf of Argolis and of course Nafplion.
