Located in Krotiri, a calm suburb of Parikia, where you can enjoy nature's tranquility while still being close to the town (5 minutes drive), it can be set as your base so as to explore the island or become the ultimate place for relaxation, as the magnificent beach of Martselo is only 500m away.
House #1 is 105 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It consists of three bedrooms with their own private terraces (two queen size beds, one bunk bed), two full bathrooms (shower, toilet, washbasin), a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace, a dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen that is connected to an outdoor terrace with dining and sitting area.
House #2 is 55 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of one bedroom with private terrace (queen size bed), one full bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and one large rectangular area, where you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and the living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into one twin bed or two single beds. On the front terrace you can use the dining area overlooking the hill. From the back terrace, you can take the stairs up to the roof veranda, where you can enjoy the sea view.
House #3 is 70 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of one bedroom with en suite bathroom (queen size bed), a cozy living room with two sofa beds and a dining table for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a decorative traditional oven and another full bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin). At the front terrace there is a dining area with sea view.
Air-conditioning, free WiFi, TV, washer with detergent, hair dryer, iron and iron board, toilet essentials (toilet roll, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products), cooking basics, dishes, utensils, standard size refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, dish soap, dishwasher with tablets (dishwasher available only in House #1), mosquito repellent machines, window/door screens, BBQ grill, private parking area and linens/towels are also included.
