A traditional house in the heart of Ktikados village in Tinos. Completely reconstructed and landscaped with respect to the traditional Tinian architecture and ideal for a pleasant stay in Tinos. The village is still quiet the whole year round and is located very close to the town of the island. The house consists of a traditional "Katoi" level, ground floor and first floor and has large terraces / balconies on each floor as well as a garden to which there is direct access to the bedrooms.
The house consists of three floors in total. The ground floor, in which there is the main entrance of the house, consists of three spaces. Features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room and a bathroom. The lower "Katoi" (traditional space below the ground floor) has two bedrooms and another bathroom. Through the two bedrooms located downstairs, there is direct access to the garden of the house. The first floor of the house has a large master bedroom with its own terrace.
All areas of the house have air condition units although the floor remains quite cool throughout the year.
Both of the property's terraces provide you with a spectacular view to the village while the top floor's terrace provides you with an unobstructed view to. the Aegean sea.
Guests have access to all areas of the residence except a cupboard / chest, in which home equipment is stored and kept locked.

The house is located in the heart of Ktikados village in Tinos. Ktikados is one of the most traditional villages of the island and has an excellent view of the beach of Kionia. It is located very close to Tinos town while vehicle traffic is not possible and is not allowed within the village. During your stay, you can park in an open public car parking and walk to the house. The distance of the house from the parking is 100 meters.
The village has two excellent taverns which are located within walking distance of the house.
During your stay in Tinos, it is recommended to have a car as the island's bus network is not yet sufficiently developed to be able to serve you to get to know all the beauties of the island.
