Villa Filia Prines is a great choice for those looking to explore the island of Crete. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, its ideal for up to six guests. At car optional, you're only a short walk away from local eateries and shops, allowing you to stock up on fresh groceries, bread and drinks. Enjoy lunches together back at the villa, where you can spend quality time sharing each others favourite holiday memories.
Outside, you'll find your very own 8x4m pool that overlooks the green garden, filled with small trees and shrubs. Inside, the villa has been lovingly redecorated. Each bedroom is bright and airy and comes with cool air conditioning. As an added bonus, complimentary pool towels are also included in the duration of your stay.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 79cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace is relatively flat, however, to get to the pool area there is one step up, and the paths around the pool are narrow at approximately 60cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access. This can be seen in the images. There is also a lawned sunbathing area and BBQ area, which is accessed via a handful of steps. Inside, the ground floor bedroom and shower room doors are 78cm wide. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 80cm wide.
