Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.
Villa Ailea is set on a 1,500sq meters plot of land on three levels. The ground floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom and a guest w.c. The second floor has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which leads to a private veranda with a fantastic sea view. The 1st floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen, both of which lead to the outside 600sq meter stone paved terrace where there is a 40sq meters infinity swimming pool, a large covered dining area with a BBQ, a covered seating area near the swimming pool where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and the stunning sunset whilst sipping/drinking a glass of local wine. Near the entrance and connected to the main house there is a guest house with a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.
There is air-conditioning inn 2 of the bedrooms, the bedroom on the top floor and the guest house. The other 3 bedrooms do not need a/c, infarct you might need a light blanket. There is also parking for 3 to 4 cars,
The villa will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure.
