Summary: Villa Anemeli was in the perfect location for my little family. We rented a car and were able to explore much of the island within 5-25 min drive due to the location. Our host was communicative and prompt to respond. The villa was clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I would advise for future travelers is the villa does have a loft on the top for the second bed and the stairs are quite steep. I didn't let me children (ages 6 and 9) go up there because it felt a bit dangerous to me. My husband and I slept in the top bed and the kids slept on the bottom so this wasn't an issue, but if you do have younger children this may be a concern. I had the same concern for the pool which is on the top and the stairs are again steep. However, the pool was cute and nice. My kids did go swimming there and it was perfect for them. I just had to supervise the walk up and down as the stairs were steep. We had a little trouble figuring out how to use the AC system here, but the manager actually came and helped us. That was really nice of them!
