Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house is truly wonderful in several aspects. Firstly, it is spacious and bright, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. Additionally, its strategic location is a great advantage, as it allowed us to easily and conveniently explore the beautiful beaches in the south and northwest.

Negative: The service could have been improved if some crucial details were addressed. Upon arrival, we were informed that the check-in time was at 4:00 PM, which was quite late for us. It would have been nice to have a more flexible check-in option offered earlier, without any additional charges, especially since we had let them know in advance that we would be arriving early. The lack of a timely check-in had an impact on our overall experience, as we arrived at the property early in the morning after a long journey. Moreover, as previously mentioned, the absence of essential items in the house, such as a floor mat, kitchen towel, and cloth, along with the lack of bathroom amenities like shampoo and conditioner, further affected our overall comfort during the stay.
