To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doorframe. The pool itself has stepaccess. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 75cm, whilst the shower room door is 65cm wide. There are 12 steps to the first floor.
