The villa can accommodate 7 persons and is 180m2 divided in 3 levels, 60m2 each.
The ground floor with a spacious living room has a big sofa in front of a energy fire-place, a beautiful oval dining table for 6 persons and a lcd tv 46' wih home cinema, stereo, satellite system/ usb-media player and playstation 3.
Also in the living room there is an a/c. On the same level can be found the modern spacious kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, tea facilities, toaster and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a WC/ shower and first aid box. There is also a beautiful veranda on the ground floor with a wooden table and 4 chairs.
An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor of the villa, where can be found three bedrooms and 2 luxurious modern bathrooms, one provided with Jacuzzi.
The main bedroom has a double queen bed (160cm), a/c and 32'' TV, and big veranda.
