Positive: Villa Nektaria is the perfect location, if you want to be on your own in a quiet and comfortable spot. The outdoor areas in front of the house and next to the pool make it easy to relax and enjoy the views at any time of the day. Surrounded by olive trees, you hear nothing but the birds sing, there are no neighbours close by and there is no street noise or anything else disturbing. The villa is well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated and well serviced (fresh towels and cleaning every 3rd day!). Katerina and her husband are very attentive and friendly hosts, they were always quick to assist! Some of the best beaches on the island are only a short ride away (a car is essential).

Negative: Only a few minor things to be mentioned: "Waste management": there is only 1 open basket in the kitchen for waste disposal (without cover, and nothing to separate recyclable stuff). Could be done better. The last 200m from the main road are very bumpy, you have to drive carefully. You definitely have to go to Skopelos town if you want to stock up in a supermarket (15-20 minutes by car), but that's of course the price for being so very much on your own in a rather rural setting.

Summary: Beautiful and comfortable place to relax and enjoy an island holiday.
