Its design combines the beauty of the island with traditional stone architecture on the exterior.On the first floor are the fully equipped kitchen, dining room with sea views, living room with fireplace and a garden with barbecue, wood-fired oven and outdoor dining area. Additionally, there is the master bedroom with bathroom and balcony. On the ground floor, there are three main bedrooms and a junior bedroom, all with direct access to the pool and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.The villa has heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and the exteriors include a 1,300 m2 garden, infinity pool, jacuzzi, solarium, bar, outdoor dining area, private parking and direct access to a golden sandy beach.Villa Perla is located on Ambula beach, in Tragaki, a quiet coastal area, and just 1 km from Tsilivi, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just 13 km from Zakynthos airport, the villa is ideal for exploring the island's historical monuments.Local taxes and charges not included in the price.Important information to note:In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property.
